Review by hotel critic
If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay in London, the Queens Hostel is a charming gem I recently discovered. Nestled in the vibrant Shepherds Bush area, it's just a quick 5-minute stroll to the White City and Wood Lane tube stations, which made getting around effortless for my brother and me. The hostel boasts a clean and well-organized communal kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals and sharing culinary adventures with fellow travelers. One of my favorite aspects was the welcoming atmosphere—thanks to managers Gerusa and Felix, who made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. While the shared ambiance means you’re sharing a room with others, the respectful roommates and the soundproof door provided us with a good night's sleep, essential after long days of exploring iconic sites like the Natural History Museum. The Queens Hostel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, friendly vibe, and prime location—making it a must-visit for anyone looking to experience London without breaking the bank!
